Please pre-book special assistance with your airline at least 48 hours before departure.
Upon their arrival PRMs have to report at information desk located in the main hall, and all necessary help will be provided, from check-in to boarding into the aircraft cabin.
Passengers with hearing and vision impairment, passengers with disability/reduced mobility and stretcher passengers have the advantage when registering for flight and are provided with special assistance service.
