Dear passengers and Rijeka Airport users,
Please be informed that on Thursday, 24 September 2026, Stage 3 of the CRO Race 2026 cycling race will take place on the D102 state road on the island of Krk, including the section near the Rijeka Airport junction.
Due to the race, temporary traffic restrictions and road closures will be in place, affecting access to and from Rijeka Airport.
The affected road section is expected to be closed approximately from 11:30 to 13:00, with cyclists expected to pass the Rijeka Airport junction between 12:30 and 12:45.
Passengers travelling on this day are advised to plan their journey in advance, arrive at the airport earlier than usual and allow additional travel time.
Please note that the indicated times are approximate and may change depending on the progress of the race and instructions from the relevant authorities.
