Today, Rijeka Airport
welcomed the first Wizz Air passengers on the new routes connecting Rijeka with
Poland. Passengers arrived from Gdańsk, Katowice and Lublin, officially marking
the launch of three new Wizz Air services.
More than 400
passengers arrived in Rijeka on the three flights today, demonstrating strong
interest in the new routes from the very beginning of their operations.
The arrival of Wizz
Air and the launch of these new services represent an important step in
strengthening connections between the Kvarner region and the Polish market,
while further confirming the popularity of our destination among Polish
travellers. Throughout the summer season, the new routes will provide even more
travel opportunities between Croatia and Poland and contribute to the continued
growth of tourism in the region.
