Strollers will be labelled as checked baggage, but can be retained until boarding, leaving them in front of the aircraft to the handling staff for loading into the hold.
Children can travel alone as UM (Unaccompanied Minors) on most airlines up to the age of 15*. Remember, you must make a special request at the time of booking. In this case children will be assisted and escorted by airport staff during all airport procedures. The parent or person accompanying the child must remain at the airport until the plane takes off.
The baby changing room is located next to the women's toilets.
There are two cafes at Rijeka Airport which serve juice, sandwiches, fresh pastries and ice cream. You can find them before and after the security check.
